 The Langmatz GmbH, Garmisch-Partenkirchen and the Scheidt & Bachmann GmbH, Mönchengladbach, have reached an understanding regarding the cooperation in the establishment of a system for the control and billing of electrical charging stations in car parks.
Core of the collaboration is the integration of a control- / communication- and billing modus of an electrical charging station into existing components of the parking technology. Power points in car parks will be equipped with integrated access identification and billing technique. Both medium-size technology companies offer system solutions from their own production to a world-wide clientele. |

New subsidiary established in Poland |
  In July 2009 we took over the Polish IT company AVISTA and reinforced our presence in the Polish market to enhance our operations in Eastern Europe.
After three years of activity in Poland we have finally found the ideal partner with comprehensive market experience. AVISTA had already equipped the majority of the Polish transportation companies with booking office system hard- plus software and is securely established in the market for over 30 years. Though their product portfolio was very limited.
